Bahia Magdalena

& Sand Dollar Beach

We’ll enjoy our final morning near Boca de Soledad today, for a morning of exploring deep into the mangrove lined shores and open waters, looking for gray whales and seeking opportunities to view the abundant wildlife and sweeping views in the morning light. We’ll offer two rounds of Zodiac cruises this morning: “Sunrise Zodiacs” for the early risers and “Civilized Zodiacs” for those of us who prefer to save our best for later in the morning.

Late this morning, once we’ve returned from our Zodiacs, we will welcome everyone aboard and will quickly be underway for Hull Canal and a final close up view of these diverse coastal habitats as we make our way south for afternoon activities.

We will make an afternoon visit to one of our favorite beaches, aptly named Sand Dollar Beach where we will traverse the dunes of Isla Magdalena for prime beachcombing and sweeping views of the pacific from this pristine beach.
