Jack's Dive Photos

When we aren't going to Africa, we sometimes go "scuba diving".  Diving is the closest that we've found to the serenity of Africa. Diving is like taking a safari underwater. We learned to dive in Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles, where we met the divemaster and decided to take scuba diving lessons while we were on vacation. Our class was just the two of us and the divemaster. Every day after school the divemaster would take us under the water and show us the animals that live there. We even got to hold a seahorse.

After a few years of diving, Jack started taking photos of the scenery and the animals under the water. Since we only dive in relatively clear, warm water, the colors in the photos are wonderful. These photos highlight dive resorts as well as some of our "dive buddies" and their underwater homes.  Although they were taken in different places, we have grouped them together.  Again, if you click on any picture, you can see an enlarged view.
